Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping

Candru offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No minimum order value required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to all 50 US states. For Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories, additional shipping fees and extended delivery times may apply. We currently do not ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at inquiry@candru.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
