Our Quality Guarantee

Candru sources parts exclusively from trusted, world-leading manufacturers including Bosch, DENSO, GATES, MAHLE, Valeo, Stabilus, LUK, Pierburg, and Delphi. Every part we sell is built to OEM specifications and backed by a manufacturer warranty.

Standard Warranty Coverage

All parts sold by Candru are covered by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Parts that fail to meet OEM performance specifications under normal operating conditions
• Premature failure not caused by external factors

What Is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Parts installed on vehicles with pre-existing mechanical issues
• Damage due to incorrect fluids, chemicals, or lubricants
• Parts that have been modified or altered after purchase

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Email our support team at inquiry@candru.com with your order number, part number (SKU), and a description of the issue
2. Include photos of the defective part if possible — this helps us process your claim faster
3. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
4. Approved claims will receive a replacement part or a full refund at our discretion
