90-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind every part we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition — uninstalled and in original packaging
  • The return must be initiated within 90 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Parts that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to improper installation
  • Electrical components that show signs of installation
  • Opened fluids, lubricants, or chemicals
  • Parts modified or altered after purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at inquiry@candru.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Attach the shipping label and drop off at the nearest carrier location

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong part or need a different item, contact us to arrange an exchange. We will ship the correct part as soon as we receive your return.
