Finding the Right Part
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?
You can search by part number, part name, or your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model using the search bar at the top of the page. If you need additional help, our support team at inquiry@candru.com can verify compatibility for you.
Are Candru parts guaranteed to fit my vehicle?
Yes. Every part listing includes vehicle compatibility details. We recommend verifying your vehicle's Year, Make, Model, and Engine before ordering to ensure the correct fit. If you have any doubts, contact us before purchasing.
Can I search by OEM or part number?
Absolutely. You can search directly by SKU or OEM part number using our search bar. Each product listing also displays the manufacturer's part number so you can cross-reference with your vehicle's specifications.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order may already be in processing. Please email inquiry@candru.com immediately if you need to make a change.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Candru offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum order required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after a 1–2 business day processing period. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Help Center to track your order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window on all unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at inquiry@candru.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method.

Are Candru parts OEM quality?
Yes. We exclusively carry parts from world-leading manufacturers — Bosch, DENSO, GATES, MAHLE, Valeo, LUK, Stabilus, Pierburg, and Delphi — all engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications.
What warranty do your parts carry?

How do I file a warranty claim?
Email us at inquiry@candru.com with your order number, part number, and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
